This policy explains how UAB Modhus processes personal data when you visit the public website modhus.lt, contact us by phone or email, or submit an inquiry through the website contact form.

2. What data we process
When you contact us, we may process your name, email address, phone number, company name, message content, project information, inquiry date and time, selected website language, source page and sender IP address if collected for security or spam prevention.
3. Why we process data
Contact form and direct inquiry data is used only to respond to your inquiry, contact you about the described project and provide an answer regarding the requested work.
4. Contact form
The website contact form is submitted server-side through contact.php and sends the inquiry by email to UAB Modhus at info@modhus.lt. The form does not open the visitor email program and the data is not used for advertising or newsletters.
5. Cookies, localStorage and tracking
We currently do not use marketing or analytics cookies. If a language preference is used, it may be stored in browser localStorage so that the website can be shown in the selected language. This is not used to track visitors.
6. Retention and sharing
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond, manage communication and meet applicable legal requirements. We do not sell data. Data may be shared only with service providers who help maintain the website, email or IT infrastructure, or with authorities where required by law.
